Definitions
“Account” means the profile, login, and credentials created when you register for the Services or enroll in a Program.
“Client”, “Member”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity that accepts these Terms, applies to a Program, purchases a Product, or otherwise uses the Services.
“Program(s)” means any coaching program, course, cohort, membership, or service offered by LongevityX, including but not limited to LX90.
“Product(s)” means physical or digital products offered by or through LongevityX, including supplements such as YouthRX.
“Content” means coaching materials, educational resources, videos, written content, protocols, recipes, training plans, and any other materials made available through the Services.
“Client Submissions” means any information, photos, lab results, biometric data, questionnaire responses, messages, recordings, or other materials you submit to LongevityX in connection with a Program or the Services.
“Services” means LongevityX’s website, Programs, Products, newsletter, and all related coaching, educational, and digital offerings provided by Iconic Life LLC.
“LongevityX”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Iconic Life LLC, doing business as LongevityX.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Binding Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you and Iconic Life LLC, DBA LongevityX (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Services. By visiting our website, applying to a Program, enrolling in a Program, purchasing a Product, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise engaging with the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Eligibility, Authority and Capacity
You represent and warrant that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) have provided accurate and complete information; and (d) are not prohibited from receiving the Services under any applicable law. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an entity, you further represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity.
2. Services Description
2.1 Overview
LongevityX is a premium health-coaching and longevity company providing education, coaching, and longevity-focused products. Our Services include the LX90 Program (a 90-day coaching experience), the Longevity Lifestyle Newsletter, the YouthRX supplement protocol, and related Content and resources.
2.2 Program Components
Depending on the Program you enroll in, the Services may include:
• One-on-one or group coaching sessions with LongevityX coaches and team members.
• Personalized lifestyle, nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery protocols.
• Recommendations regarding biometric testing, lab work, and biological-age testing (you are responsible for any cost of testing performed by third parties).
• Educational materials, videos, recipes, and training plans.
• Access to a private community, messaging, or check-in channels (where applicable to your Program).
• Supplement recommendations, including the YouthRX protocol.
2.3 Not Medical Care
LongevityX provides health coaching, education, and lifestyle guidance. We are not a medical provider, hospital, clinic, or licensed healthcare practice, and the Services are not a substitute for medical care. Our coaches and staff are not acting as your physician, dietitian, therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional unless they expressly identify themselves as such and you have a separate engagement with them in that capacity. You should consult your physician before beginning, modifying, or stopping any health, fitness, nutrition, supplement, or lifestyle program.
2.4 Service Limitations
• LongevityX is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 (in the U.S.) or your local emergency number.
• Coaching availability, response times, and session scheduling are governed by your specific Program description.
• Content and protocols may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
3. Program Application & Enrollment
3.1 Application Process
Certain Programs (including LX90) require an application and acceptance. Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.
3.2 Health Disclosures
You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications, injuries, allergies, eating disorders, pregnancy, or other health considerations relevant to your participation. We rely on the accuracy of your disclosures to design and adjust your protocols. Failing to disclose relevant information may compromise your safety and may, at our discretion, result in modification or termination of your Program without refund.
3.3 Physician Clearance
You represent that you have consulted, or will consult, your physician before beginning any Program, including any exercise, fasting, supplementation, or dietary changes recommended through the Services. If your physician advises against your participation in any element of the Program, you agree not to participate in that element.
4. Fees, Payment & Billing
4.1 Fees and Plans
Program tuition, Product prices, subscription fees, and any setup or onboarding fees are set forth on our website, in your specific enrollment agreement or order form, or as otherwise communicated to you in writing at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment Authorization
You authorize LongevityX (and its payment processors) to charge your selected Payment Method for all applicable fees, taxes, shipping charges, and recurring amounts. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Services immediately and you remain responsible for all amounts owed.
4.3 Payment Plans
If your Program is offered with a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full Program tuition regardless of whether you complete the Program, attend sessions, or continue participation. Missed installment payments may result in suspension or termination of access, and the full remaining balance may become immediately due.
4.4 Taxes and Shipping
Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges unless expressly stated. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, and for any customs duties or import fees on Products shipped internationally.
5. No-Refund Policy
5.1 All Sales Final
Enrollment in a LongevityX Program is a commitment to your transformation. Because we allocate significant time, expertise, and resources to every Client from the moment you join, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, except as expressly required by applicable law. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted.
5.2 No Refunds for Non-Participation
Refunds will not be issued for Clients who, after enrollment: choose not to participate or attend coaching sessions; fail to follow recommended protocols; experience changes in personal circumstances; do not achieve specific results; or otherwise discontinue engagement with the Program.
5.3 Chargebacks
Any attempt to dispute, reverse, or chargeback a payment in violation of this policy will be considered a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to recover any costs, fees, and reasonable attorneys’ fees associated with defending against such disputes, and to terminate your access to the Services without further refund or credit.
5.4 Products
Supplement Products (including YouthRX) are sold subject to the return and refund policy posted on the relevant Product website at the time of purchase. For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplement Products are non-returnable except as required by law.
6. SMS/MMS Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Iconic Life LLC, DBA LongevityX. The LongevityX SMS Program provides text messages related to Program application status, coaching reminders, scheduling, order updates, account updates, and (where you have opted in) educational and marketing content.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our Services.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS/MMS Opt-Out & Support
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].
Data Privacy for SMS
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 7. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
7.1 Honest Participation
You agree to participate honestly and in good faith, including by accurately disclosing health information, following safety guidance, and communicating concerns to your coach in a timely manner.
7.2 Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Services or any private community in a harassing, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or unlawful manner.
• Share, redistribute, resell, or post LongevityX Content (including videos, written materials, recipes, protocols, or coaching frameworks) without our prior written consent.
• Record or screenshot coaching sessions, calls, or community discussions for public distribution without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative offerings based on our Programs or Content.
• Use the Services to make medical decisions for any third party, or hold yourself out as a LongevityX coach or representative.
7.3 Communication & Scheduling
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, responding to coaching outreach within reasonable timeframes, and following the cancellation and rescheduling policies set out in your specific Program documentation. Repeated no-shows or non-engagement may, at our discretion, result in modification or termination of your Program without refund.
8. Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk
8.1 Voluntary Participation
Your participation in any LongevityX Program is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that lifestyle, fitness, dietary, fasting, and supplementation practices carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, allergic reaction, fatigue, hormonal changes, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
8.2 Assumption of Risk
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Services, including but not limited to risks related to exercise, dietary changes, fasting, supplements, lab testing, biometric tracking, and any third-party services or providers we may recommend.
8.3 Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Iconic Life LLC, LongevityX, and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in the Services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8.4 No Medical Advice
Information and recommendations provided through the Services are for educational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have learned through the Services.
9. Supplements and Product Disclaimers
Statements regarding dietary supplements, including YouthRX, have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Supplement results are individual and not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing supplement ingredients for any allergies, contraindications, or interactions with medications you take, and for consulting your physician before starting any supplement protocol.
10. Results, Testimonials & Case Studies
10.1 No Guaranteed Results
Testimonials and results shared on our website, social channels, and marketing materials reflect individual experiences. They are not a guarantee of any specific outcome. Results from any Program depend on many factors outside our control, including your starting health, genetics, consistency, adherence, and personal circumstances. LongevityX makes no guarantee of weight loss, biological-age reduction, performance improvement, or any other specific result.
10.2 Use of Your Story
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant LongevityX a worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized results data (such as before-and-after biomarker changes, body composition changes, and aggregated outcomes) for educational and marketing purposes. Use of your name, likeness, photos, or identifiable testimonials will only occur with your separate written consent.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Our IP
Iconic Life LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including the LongevityX brand, the LX90 Program, the YouthRX brand and formulations, our coaching frameworks, written and video Content, protocols, methodologies, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of our intellectual property to you.
11.2 Your License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active enrollment. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or use our Content to develop competing products or services.
11.3 Client Submissions
You retain ownership of your Client Submissions. You grant LongevityX a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your Client Submissions to deliver the Services to you, improve our offerings, and create de-identified, aggregated insights. Use of identifiable Client Submissions for public marketing requires your separate written consent (see Section 10.2).
12. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health information. The Privacy Policy is available at https://www.longevity-x.com and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1 “AS IS” Basis
The Services, Content, and Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongevityX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted access.
13.2 No Outcome Guarantee
LongevityX does not guarantee any specific health, performance, body-composition, biological-age, or lifestyle outcome. Any “guarantees” referenced in marketing materials are governed strictly by the express terms of a separate written agreement signed by an authorized LongevityX representative.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total cumulative liability of Iconic Life LLC and LongevityX for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to LongevityX in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LongevityX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iconic Life LLC, LongevityX, and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information you provide to us, including health disclosures.
• Your use or misuse of the Services, Content, or Products.
• Any chargeback, payment dispute, or refund claim brought in violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may discontinue use of the Services at any time. For ongoing subscriptions or memberships, written notice of cancellation must be sent to [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations under a payment plan or signed agreement, and does not entitle you to a refund.
16.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice and without refund, if you: (a) breach these Terms; (b) fail to pay any fees when due; (c) engage in conduct that is harassing, abusive, threatening, or unsafe; (d) misrepresent your health information in a way that creates safety risk; or (e) bring or threaten a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to access the Content ends, and you must cease all use of the Content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections on No-Refund Policy, IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware (or, if different, the state of formation of Iconic Life LLC), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
17.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute. We will attempt to do the same.
17.3 Venue
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware (or the state of formation of Iconic Life LLC), and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes—including changes to SMS/MMS messaging terms—will, where required, be communicated by updating this document and by sending notice via email or SMS before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Miscellaneous
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed program agreement or order form, constitute the entire agreement between you and LongevityX regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
• Independent Contractors: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
• Notices: We may provide notices to you via email, SMS, or by posting on the website.
